Defric Coat

Made-in-Japan heat-resistant lubricant for glass bottle molds

  • Defric Coat
  • Defric Coat is a heat-resistant solid-film lubricant that is designed to improve the detachability of glass bottles from molds. Made using a special binder that differs from that used in conventional mold detachers, it addresses issues associated with graphite soot and the detachment of coating agents. With a film thickness of just 20 to 30 mµ, Defric Coat boasts excellent detachability even at temperatures of between 800°C and 1000°C.
Defric Coat comes in the G Series made with special graphite and non-organic binders, and CV Series for conveyors.
